This task is about designing specialized hierarchy of error types for libLAS. Then, the implementation must be reviewed and updated with errors handling logic.

Actually, this ticket is waiting for me and it should be deferred after 1.0. I think it's desirable to have a bunch of exceptions to distinguish particular problems in run-time.
